After presenting the cost, you will have to introduce a valid address, indicate the desired time, choose the payment method, introduce the billing data, and submit the request.

As soon as the service provider is allocated, you will receive a notification and the order status will change.

A quote, when applicable, is generated after submitting an initial service request on FIXO.

You should submit a service request through fixo.pt or by installing the FIXO App — available for iOS and Android — providing all the details of what you need.

The service cost is calculated based on the answers provided in the request questionnaire and is displayed immediately.

If any information in the questionnaire is incorrect, or if it becomes necessary to add time or tasks to your request, the price will be adjusted accordingly for your approval.

Situations where a quote is required after an initial visit from a FIXO technician are clearly identified in the service descriptions and in the respective terms and conditions.

You can reschedule or change a service up to 12 hours before it is due to take place. To do this, go to the ‘Pedidos’ option in your account menu and select the request in question. Click on the ’Reagendar/Alterar’ button to change the date and time or details of your request.

If that option isn't available, you will need to contact FIXO team through the contact form.

In the event of a change less than 2 hours before the scheduled time for the service, the applicable displacement fee will be charged according to the general conditions, which can be consulted here.
