A quote, when applicable, is generated after submitting an initial service request on FIXO.
You should submit a service request through fixo.pt or by installing the FIXO App — available for iOS and Android — providing all the details of what you need.
The service cost is calculated based on the answers provided in the request questionnaire and is displayed immediately.
If any information in the questionnaire is incorrect, or if it becomes necessary to add time or tasks to your request, the price will be adjusted accordingly for your approval.
Situations where a quote is required after an initial visit from a FIXO technician are clearly identified in the service descriptions and in the respective terms and conditions.
