You can reschedule or change a service up to 12 hours before it is due to take place. To do this, go to the ‘Pedidos’ option in your account menu and select the request in question. Click on the ’Reagendar/Alterar’ button to change the date and time or details of your request.
If that option isn't available, you will need to contact FIXO team through the e-mail info@fixo.pt .
In the event of a change less than 2 hours before the scheduled time for the service, the applicable displacement fee will be charged according to the general conditions, which can be consulted here.
