When will I receive the service invoice?

Your service invoice will be available in your FIXO customer area as soon as it is issued.

To access it, go to the “Pedidos” menu and select the service, choosing “Anterioes” or “Próximos”, depending on whether the service has already been completed or is yet to take place.

Within the request, scroll down to the “Faturas” section, where all billing documents related to that service are available.

To view or save the invoice, simply select “Download”, and the document will be available in PDF format.
