Payment for FIXO services is made by debiting the payment card indicated or via MB WAY when you submit the service request. If you have a balance in your FIXO Wallet, you can use it.
In the event of cancellation of the request less than 2 hours before the scheduled time of service, or in the event of refusal of the estimate submitted by the technician on site, if the information provided by the Customer for the provision of the service does not correspond to reality, the applicable travel fee will be charged, in accordance with the general conditions, which can be consulted here.
Follow these steps to add bank cards to use for future payments:
- Go to fixo.pt or download the app and click on ‘Account’
- Choose the ‘Payment’ option
- Click on ‘Add card’ to add it and on the saved card to remove it
