How can I cancel a service?

You can cancel, free of charge, an order up to 2 hours before the scheduled time.

You can cancel your service without any costs up until 2 hours before its schedule. Go to your account menu, select “Pedidos” and then chose the service you want to cancel. The cancellation option is in the end of the page.

Otherwise, the applicable displacement fee will be charged according to the general conditions, which can be consulted here.
