When I create a recurrence, how long is it active for?

 

A recurrence remains active until it is deactivated, accessing its details through your FIXO account in the "Pedidos" section.

It is not possible to reactivate a recurrence after it has been deactivated.

If you have scheduled services that you wish to cancel, you must cancel the services one by one in the "Pedidos" section under "Próximos."
