In our cleaning services, the minimum service time is defined according to the property type (apartment, house, or office), and it is not possible to change the number of hours associated with each type.
If you do not want certain rooms to be cleaned, you should select the correct property type and indicate in the “Additional notes” field which areas should not be included.
If the service is completed in less time than the one booked, we will refund the unused hours, always respecting the minimum number of hours required for the selected cleaning service.
