Any customer can choose to deactivate the Wallet and, therefore, refuse to receive the associated benefits, namely the participation in the Member get Member campaign (MGM).
Customers who choose to deactivate the Wallet will always have the opportunity to reverse that decision. If they reactivate the Wallet, they will have access to the balance they had accumulated before deactivating it, if they have not reached the deadline for its use.
